Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is €4.95, with free standard shipping for orders above €30.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via reliable courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery. Tracking is provided for all shipments where available.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, shipping to your location may not yet be available.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. IV+ Hydration is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
