Returns
Due to the nature of our product (consumable goods), we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unopened

In its original, sealed packaging

Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened packages.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ivplushydration.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring the return is tracked (we are not responsible for lost return shipments)

Original shipping fees, which are non-refundable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ivplushydration.com with a description and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
